Surgery Day!!!
Well Sam had her two surgeries today and did great! Her thumb and hernia procedures took about an hour total and we were back with her within two hours. She is doing great! We took a four hour nap when we got home and now she is back to being a typical toddler. She is a little frustrated because she can not use her right hand, but at least it is only for a week!!!

ReplyDeleteOh wow, poor Samantha! And poor mommy and daddy, that had to be a hard day. But yea, all is well! I'm so glad it all went well. She looked like she was so happy after the surgery, what a relief!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that she is doing well. It's such a helpless feeling when your child isn't feeling well or can't do something - and you have to tell them no - especially when they don't really understand why they can't. I'm glad it's only a week!
