Thursday night we had girls night out with Aunt Karen (Sammie's God mother), it was so much fun! It turned out that Karen's fiance Jeff had tickets to the Royals/Red Sox game and could not go, so Karen invited us (thanks Jeff!). It was really Girls Night Out in honor of the American Heart Association so they were giving out t-shirts and pins. By the time we got to the stadium they only had Med. shirts left and gave one to Sam, I am sending mine to Lauren so she has a little KC in her blood in Florida!
We had a great time and Sammie even saw Slugger. This would have been great, but there were are few people in line in front of us that were playing around kind of rough housing and it freaked Sam out, hence the terrified look in the picture. After we left slugger all she could talk about was him and how he kissed her head!
